Press release: Summer starts with Mr. White’s Gin

6 May 2026

The godfather of celebrity chefs brings his signature gin into the spotlight for World Gin Day and Father’s Day.

As summer celebrations approach, Marco Pierre White’s signature gin, Mr. White’s London Dry Gin, returns to centre stage in time for World Gin Day and Father’s Day.

Widely regarded as the original godfather of the celebrity chef era, Marco Pierre White has built his reputation on precision, simplicity and uncompromising quality. Those same principles are reflected in his gin, which has already gained a loyal following and is now being rediscovered as the perfect serve for the summer season.

Crafted with a carefully selected blend of botanicals including Tuscan juniper, fresh Greek lemon, Spanish orange and Provence lavender, the gin delivers a crisp, balanced flavour profile. Classic at its core, it’s designed to be enjoyed in a perfectly chilled G&T or as the foundation for elegant, easy-to-make cocktails at home.

“For me, it’s always been about doing simple things exceptionally well,” says White. “This gin reflects that mindset: balance, clarity, and integrity in every element.”

With World Gin Day (13 June) set to inspire gin lovers across the UK to explore new serves and brands, and Father’s Day (21 June) offering the perfect gifting moment, Mr. White’s Gin brings together craftsmanship and a recognisable name and is an ideal choice for both occasions.

Select interviews with Marco are available. Bottles of Mr White’s Gin are also available for reader competitions.

A savoury serve for Father’s Day

Mr. White’s Garden

As savoury cocktails continue to gain popularity, this serve taps into the trend with a refined, accessible twist. Clean, bright and quietly complex, celery lifts the citrus and accentuates the Mediterranean botanicals in Mr. White’s Gin.

Ingredients
50ml Mr. White’s Gin
20ml freshly squeezed lime juice
15ml simple syrup (adjust to taste)
60g sliced celery (plus extra for garnish)
2 lime wedges
Soda water (100–120ml)
Ice

Method
Slice a long celery ribbon for garnish and set aside.
Add sliced celery and lime wedges to a shaker and muddle to release the juices.
Add gin, lime juice and syrup.
Add ice and shake well for 10 seconds.
Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with the celery ribbon.
