Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely. Every bottle of Mr White’s Gin is packed using premium protective materials to ensure it arrives safely.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to:

  • Isle of Man

  • Channel Islands

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands

  • Any other remote or offshore UK locations not covered by our courier partners

(These regions fall outside the service area of our fulfilment provider.)

 

Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days, depending on your location.

All deliveries are fully tracked.

 

Delivery Costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout and reflects the number of bottles in your order.

Our fulfilment centre charges the following all-inclusive pick, pack & shipping rates (FedEx 24hr Tracked):

  • 1 bottle: £6.96

  • 3 bottles: £8.56

  • 6 bottles: £9.32

  • 12 bottles: £11.75

  • 18 bottles: £19.12

These prices include packaging, labour and courier fees.

 

Returns & Refunds

As Mr White’s Gin is a perishable product and contains flammable liquid, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of any damage or defect

Once we’ve investigated and approved the matter, we will either:

  • Replace or exchange the faulty item as soon as possible, or

  • Refund the product in full, including any applicable delivery charges

 

Unwanted Items

We cannot accept returns of unwanted or opened items due to the nature of the product.
