To purchase alcohol from this website you must be 18 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe this condition is not met.
3. Ordering
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt. A further email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on this website are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
5. Payment
We accept major payment methods available through our secure checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
6. Delivery
UK Delivery Only
We currently ship within mainland UK only.
Unfortunately we do not deliver to the following locations:
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Scilly Isles
- Any other remote UK offshore locations
Delivery Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Current delivery rates (via our fulfilment partner) include:
- Single bottle – £6.96
- Three bottles – £8.56
- Six bottles – £9.32
- Twelve bottles – £11.75
These rates include pick, pack, packaging and 24-hour tracked courier delivery.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Courier delivery is usually next working day from dispatch, but delays can occur during busy periods.
We do not accept responsibility for delays outside our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Alcohol & Perishable Goods Policy
As our products include perishable goods and flammable liquids, we do not accept returns, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
This mirrors UK consumer laws regarding restricted goods.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
Please contact us as soon as possible at:
Include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs, if applicable
Once we have investigated and approved your claim, we will:
- Replace or exchange the faulty product, or
- Refund the product value and any applicable delivery charges.
Replacements are subject to stock availability.
8. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled due to restrictions on alcohol returns.

You agree not to misuse this website or carry out any unlawful activities, including:

- Interfering with the operation of the site
- Uploading harmful or malicious code
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these terms.
